power system for a Guillow P-40 16.5" conversion?

I have been building a Guillow 16.5" P-40 kit for conversion to electrics...The wood in the kit was ok, and I have spent ALOT of time lightening everything I can. I feel really good about the build so far. What I am wanting is a fast plane...What power systems are there out there (I fly mostly IC planes) that will fit the plane, and give good performance? I am wanting maybe a brushless/lipoly combo? Prop size is important too because the wingspan is only 16.5".....What do ya'll think?

Dr. John

Feigao Brushless

I have the 4100 but use it in an ips, I think you could try direct drive with higher KV, the small feigao have been used with good effect in pusher SU 27 one of my next projects.

Also lots of small cd rom bruskless setups, basically there are lots of choices.
