What is the wingspan? Post a picture?

This is the engine I designed and 3D printed for my e-Flite PT-17e, which I think has a 48" span...

The engine should be just a little bigger than the cowl. Do a picture search on Google for Stearman PT-17 and see how the real thing looks. Then measure the diameter of your cowl and add however much you need to get the radial diameter to look about right (say, 1/2" bigger than the front of the airplane). Then do a Google search for "dummy radial engine" and take your pick of the options in that size range.
