Rmay, Yes it is getting close to making a displacement test. I just need to make the connection with the Reserve in Tacoma for more information and details. I was working on some additional duct assemblies and stairs to the upper deck. For the additional small ducts I decided to make them from solid stock. I installed bolts for later assembly and machined the bottom side with a small milling cutter. Flanges were added with styrene stock. jerryj98501

Working on two additional exhaust ducts. Drilled and tapped props for10-32 thread. Added flange to exhaust funnel. Working on inflatable raft assembly. jerryj98501 Happy New Year to all.

Continuing to work on small parts until I get further information on real tug. Built small containers for decks, extension for house and fairing bow section. jerryj98501

Working on patterns for doors and cutting them out. Cut brass for exhaust and soldered them together. Continued sanding and fairing bow bulwark. Added styrene strips to top of storage boxes to simulate lids with styrene rod hinges. jerryj98501

Took a week off to visit the Washington coast. Now back to the build. Working on the bulwarks, getting some information from YouTube videos and using some artistic license. The weather has been now cooperating with a visit to the real tugboat. I noticed that I had made an incorrect layout for the starboard O1 level so had to make some inserts and relayout the windows and doors again. jerryj98501

All parts in the spray shop. Wife says they will remain in the spray booth until hard and gassed off. No more gassing off in the garage shop. One thing priming does is show all the places needing additional filling and fairing. jerryj98501
