Calculate all your components weight (except the battery), lets say 1600g, your target weight is 2200g, so you need 2200-1600 = 600g battery, try to find the the biggest capacity battery (needs to be near 600g) with minimum 10C rating (I will use 15-20C)

I use rubber damper for copter 500 size and up, but I designed a different construction, see pics and drawing bellow,
This one was designed for Inspired Flight to use with their Bernoulli 3515-500kv, adjustable size (500-620mm), can take 12-16" props.
Since the motors has a built-in ESC, so no room for ESC.. ..can use external ESC placed under the motor mount.

Good choice... ?
Tarot frame is a poor choice. Look for Daya 680, it is a more stiff frame.

I have a Tarot 680 Pro Hex and a Tarot 650 Sport quad. Both frames are perfectly fine.

Tarot 2814 700KV, or similar SunnySky is suited for "small" 10-11" prop.

Also 3S is pretty old-school.

Since we are talking 550-680 frames, you should strongly consider maxing out prop size. bigger prop => more efficient.

I have Daya550 with SS3508 380KV. Fits 14".. can squeeze 15".

Even better is Martin 330KV. Excellent for 6S
I use 6S for all my builds. Plenty FC/ESC support it. Very popular.

2.5KG each. You are thinking overkill now, but more equip later, and besides 4:1 thrust is much more fun to fly
