Server power supplies won't power up.

Doing two HP server power supplies in series. Testing them before I float one and link them but they aren't turning on. Soldered a resistor between pad 33 and 36 just like every faq I've seen. Fan turns on when I plug them in but no led and no output power.

Any ideas before I just say screw it and buy a 24v psu? Need at least 650w, 24v for my Hobbymate charger to hit 15A x2.

Maybe I just got 2 bad ones but I dunno.

NVM... I need to work on my small soldering... It is pin 33 and 36... I just needed to resolder and use a smaller iron and solder. Both power on and full power now.
