Don't forget about SEFF

I got my registration filled out and ready to send tomorrow. So, I'll be there all three days flying. Still plenty of time.

Looking forward to meeting a lot of ezoners.

Just sent mine in too. A big electric event just five miles from home. Jeff will probably put me to work though. I bet it will not be giving flight demos either.

I want to come also! It will be my first show since I just started with the hobby at Christmas and I have been self-teaching myself to fly and build ( painfully at times ). It will be nice to meet some experienced modellers/flyers face to face and pick up some tips.

Plus its only an hour away! Yee-haa . . . .

Just got my shiny new AMA card a couple of weeks ago and I'm planning on being there. I'm really looking forward to it.

I just got my AMA card also. I just started flying in January and I've persuaded my family to make SEFF as part of a two week vacation. What planes is everyone bringing? I only have a Wattage Impress right now but I've got an LT-25 conversion ready to start to be powered by a Turbo 10. I hope to have it flying by then and still in one piece. I'm also going to buy a Zagi just for those quick inbetween flights. Any more planes and I'll have to leave the family behind.

More like 6 or 7 hours down I-85 for me. I was intending to get my registration and ama application in the mail today but work went crazy as usual. Hoping to have my cutie flying by then and maybe my Slowgo if it is still in one piece. I think my T-52 is a little to rough looking to fly in public. Which hotels are people using? Gooing to be there all 3 days and would be glad to give some time to help if needed. Ezone need any volunteers?

I want all of you guys to make this a big successful event so it will be around next year. My son is getting married that weekend in Colorado so although the meet is close to home I'll be going the wrong direction this year.

Ill be there. Driving from New orleans Louisiana. I think it will be about a 7 hour trip. Not sure if ill be flying though, I dont have my AMA yet. But if i do fly Ill have a short span zagi, a modified firebird and hopefully a scratch built blue foamie, powered by a johnson 250.

Im really looking forward to just meeting many of the ezoners that i have been reading post from over the last year.

Hope its a great event and that it becomes something to look forward to every year.

I made the short trip down to the Fayette Flyers field today. Made some Kwik-e runs with others and found out I need some more practice before I race around actual poles.

The field is looking good, and from talking with Jeff Myers sounds like it should be a very fun and well attended event.

I'm looking into getting a sunshade shelter thing. If anyone can recommend one (bachelor sized) let me know. Don't forget the sunscreen.
