Thanks Bob, it doesn't look much bigger in the pics, I thought my original Vixen was smaller

Without going out to the shop and measuring it at this moment
I believe mine is ~ 830mm 32.7"

Only 20 mm different than the Viking.

You are right they don't appear to be that much different ion these pix.

It's the Motor mount and position combined with the higher fuse that makes the Viking unique.

I'm already thinking 1m wing span Bob .. thats the max from a Depron Sheet .. how does that fit with your MPF and shipping box ?

iT fLYS !

These are Screen grabs from the Vid ,sorry bout that .

I was in a hurry this AM !
So much so I forgot to do a fly by, for cripes sake 8^{

AS of this maiden it seems to be very sensitive to rudder.
But we fix or deal with that l8r as well.

I'll get better l8r and vid too.

Bon Voyage ,Tony & Lynda

Thanks Tony !

What time are you leaving ?

Video will be available here shortly
https://youtu.be/e74tBwoLCsM

Now I can make a few minor changes and add some Bling.
And then do a better video with some in-close flying.

More L8r

Not necessarily true as I had simply not gotten back to click the Publish button yet.

Once done it shows public to me.
If it's still broken please let me know ASAP.

Although it's simply a proof of flight and not something splendid to view.
I made it hastily and apologize for it's defects.

Early Am Shot

This was the sky when I headed out to the shop
but the Glare was what was I was presented with after prepping
for that 1st flight.

Plus the camera had apparently accrued some fog on the lens.
causing blurriness and an ghostly bloom around the white foam plane.

Pay no attention to that incorrect date /time stamp

I flew it a couple of times this PM,
after adding some Bling

Flys like it's on rials !
No doubt due to the large side area and Long Fin areas.
So much so that I may try doing some Knife edge flights with it.
Not many Delta plan forms that can claim that !

regardless ...

Have a great trip.

Bon Voyage.

C U in a couple of weeks.

Best

Bob
