Video Interference at 1 Second Interval

I just got a full speed toothpick pro. Upon setting it up I've found a problem I've never encountered before. I get a change (worse) in video Interference occuring at approx 1 second intervals. 1 second worse 1 second better etc etc. It's very regular and never changes. It doesn't matter what channel, power, armed, motors spinning or not, tx on or off, etc.
I have verified it's not environmental but testing several other quads in the same location as well as moving this one to a different location. I tried different goggles as well.
I've been flying for a while now and have a dozen quads. I've never run into this before.
I'm hoping someone else has seen this and has insight.
