EXTRA300 GF (glue free)

After many crashes, my EXTRA300 foam got a new fashionable case.
The design includes a body, wings and chassis assembly.
Assembly without the use of glue.
This makes it possible to quickly replace parts after their destruction. It is possible to use foam wings that remain from the original aircraft.
There is space for installing FPV equipment in the cab.
The plane flies very well.
Print files I posted thingiverse

I also try to make as much as possible demountable.
But this is by far the best I've seen so far.

My compliment. Hats off!

Models contain double walls with a thickness of 0.05mm and this may cause an error for some print programs 3d, however S3D and cura4 have successfully handled printing. Which files do you have causing a print error?

It would be interesting to make a tutorial with the parameters of each printed part, and which motor used and the battery and servos, I use simplifly 3d as a slicer

Impressive work Víctor!
Can you post more info about the plane like:
AUW, dimensions, motor specs, servos

And about the printer, is it possible to print 0,05 on a 0,42 nozzle? Or is just a trick to force the printer to make a double wall in near the same place? How much is the total thickness of the perimeter? Can you take the dimensions with a caliper?

Wingspan of 1000mm, weight of printed parts about 650g, take-off weight with battery 4S1600 - 1100g.
Motor I used the one left from foam plane 3536-1100kv weight 150 g
air screw 10х5
servo 9 g

Start printing k1
I recommend 2 processes.
We print the lower cover in 2 layers and 2 perimeters to the height of 2 mm, and then the process with one perimeter in the vase mode and without covers. In the end, we get such a detail.

If only one process is used, then another cover will be printed inside at a height of 3mm (see figure) and it will then need to be removed with a hot knife
