Servo "breakout board"

I use a the FlySky X6B receiver quite a lot. It's reasonably small and light, and it has six PWM channels that makes it handy for simple fixed-wing planes.

One downside of the size is that the PWM signals come out on a nine-pin JST-SH 1.0 connector.
Some flight-controllers have a similar configuration using a connector and/or solder-pads for PWM outputs.

To help connect my receivers to conventional 3-pin servo connectors, I made a small PCB that you can solder up to seven 3-pin headers.
The + and - pins are all connected in parallel, and there is a separate solder-pad for each signal wire.
I also designed a tiny cover for the pins on the back.
