Pretty good day at the Slot. The hill threw a number of wind conditions at us but in the end when you got air things got real fast real quick. Good to see DZ and all the other pilots that showed up and the specatators.
Vance will post score later tonight.

Nice flying Vance, huge improvements and I think you will be flying even faster once you start adding ballast. All of you guys, Bill, Konrad, Andy are flying much smoother and getting faster. Scott has shifted into a different gear and is flying awesome. Congratulations!

Despite not being myself today, I have a tooth that's killing me for two months, and a root canal gone bad and now scheduled for extraction, I gutted through, worked the bases, and got my personal best in a nice thermal.

Thanks Vance, Mart and NCSS for another good time at the SLoT.

Congrats to the winners, especially Scott with a consistent and solid performance.

It was great having DZ advise and fly with us again. Thanks Ken for nudging him to come out.

Lots of great flying, at DS hill too.

Overall a very fun day and no carnage that I recall.

Our next F3F race is scheduled at the coast for Sept 29th

It was a fun and Frustrating day don't know when the last time I was out maybe 6 - 9 months ago.
Typical Slot conditions in the morning up until about 11:00 or so.

Thanks to all the peeps who set up the course did the tear down, sat center chair and pushed buttons.
Congrats goes out to Scot for taking the win and also to Ken for making the podium.
Nice flying to all in those conditions very frustrating when the sink came in and stayed for both of your rounds! When you're a thermal guy like me and fly inland slope it sucks because I had a really good idea what I was going to launch into before the plane even left the hand.

Good to see all my buds again and see how everyone has improved.
Vance I think the Shinto is a keeper for you, you seemed to get along well.

Until next time DZ

Thanks for CD’ing another race Vance! Much appreciated!

Congratulations to all the pilots.

Fun day on the hill - other than the big lull that came during rounds three and four. That was brutal.
(Good argument against 2ups)
