PLANE CRAZZZY!!!

The article is in Model Airplane News-March 2004 p.96

Quite some time ago there was an article which I think was in Quiet Flyer
about how to hop -up a GWS Slowstick. The wingspan was cut back, the tail feathers were modified, a brushless motor was added and I don't remember for sure but I think ailerons were also added. I gave away some of my issues
so I no longer have it. Does anyone out there still have that article? If you do would you please make me a copy of it and mail it to me? I will be happy to
pay for the copy and postal charges. You will be doing me a GREAT favor for which I can't thank you enough!!! Happy Flying!!!

The article may have been in Fly RC magazine if it's not in Quiet Flyer! I'm pretty sure the article is not more than 3 years old.

I FOUND it thanks to "imodel", who informed me the article was in March 04
issue of Model Airplane News.Man was I off! The article starts on page # 96
and is titled- Take your Slow Stick from mild to wild!

Crazzzy === sure hope someone answers this I'm interested in it too..

Don't know if very much more can be done to the SS, above and beyond all the threads that have been posted here in the RC Groups.. But then again there just might be that "ONE" we've over looked

There's a discussion over in parkflyers about power systems for the slow stick.

The article you are looking for was in the March 2004 issue of Model Airplane News. The author did everything you mentioned except he didn't add ailerons. I hear that ailerons on a SS are pretty useless.
