I am worried about the servos being fast enough so it may be a good idea to replace the rotor blades by wings to reduce the needed rpm.

I made some experiments with a similar flyer before.

Monocopter test (0 min 30 sec)

Basically flyable but the motor power and propeller geometry was not sufficient for that size.

At the moment i try to find my own way to make light-weight high lift airfoils to keep the rpm as low as possible.
I never made something like that so it is a lot of try and error.

Yes it is. The parts on the pics are nylon - hard to get a clean print out of it so i sacrifice smooth surface to get as much stability as i can get with as less material as possible.

i'm interested by this printer...it's hard to have a good printed parts...with a good res..???what 3d print soft do you use...cura...simplify3d??
