Enjoyable build

Do have one question- what are the rectangular approx. 3" x 3/4" balsa parts for? (And the little "wheels" ?). May go either glo or small brushless I built from kit. I imagine the direct mounted servos will suffer a little from i/c vibration.

I have a Cox 020 in now 2 of Doug's kits both with his little servos and they seem to be holding up very well. No glitching at all from the vibrations. I do use silicon glue on them to help hold in place and it helps with the vibration isolation as well.
The rectangles look like the spar webs.

Rectangles are shear webs. First to bays out oard of center sheeting is all that is needed. The little plywood disc are to be used as wheel retainers should you choose to install landing gear.

Thanks you-all

Practiced the laser cut puzzle with a radical rc micro low stick. The cutouts save around 8% of the weight. On the SS 250 around 8 grams of cutouts. Sig hummer on the bench is definitely a slower build!
