One thing the Oscar comes with retracts for $1200 which helps. Other options are retracts and a DLE61 for $1600 or the FG-90r3 and retracts for $2600.

This is made by Phoenix for Hanger 9.

No, it isn't, but thanks for chiming in. It's also Hangar 9, not Hanger.

Itīs good to see some different warbird than P-51,P-47,FW-190,Spitfire or Zero. But that one doesnīt look very scale and detailed. The pilot and cockpit look like from Phoenix production.
I would expect better quality from U.S. producer.

Because one is correct, the other is not.

It is nice to see different WWII planes modeled. I think it looks really nice!

Is the covering stick on? if so, will it stand gas and/or nitro?

Incorrect! The new Oscar is not made by Phoenix.

I donīt claim, that it is made by Phoenix. But looks so. If I look at Phoenix Spitfire and Mustang, I see similarity- for example painted details on surface Oscar and Phoenix Spitfire
Spitfire tail struts looks like the Oscarīs tail strut.

I also though Phoenix when I looked at the video. The two spring loaded latches that lock the top section of the fuselage are just like those on my Phoenix Stuka.

But, the man says, "NO".

That's very reasonable for a model this size. Amounts to 24.5 lbs flying weight.
