Palomar RC Flyers Monthly Aerotow

PRCF has begun to have a First Saturday of the Month aerotow. The PRCF field is located at the northeast corner of I15 and CA76 below Fallbrook, more directions can be had by going to www.palomarrcflyers.com. Members of PRCF and guests are welcome. We will begin about 10:30AM and continue through the afternoon. We will be mixing in with other members flying at first , their flying usually ends about 12:00PM. Electric launch sailplanes welcome. Guests MUST be AMA members with card available for review. We are always looking for tow pilots so if you are one we would like to see you there. Bring your lunch and drinks if not the famous Nessy Burger is just across I15. Please check with Jim Gallacher at [email protected] to make sure there will be a tow pilot available.

Paul, thanks for calling today to point out this thread - incentive to assemble the 3.5M Phoenix Model Ka-8B that showed up at my door this week, maybe even get the 4.4m MPX ASH-26 fixed and ready to test fly...

good time had by all

There were about a dozen or more flyers, about 8 sailplanes spanning 8~23 feet, great weather and booming thermals.
One could fly as long as they wanted to.

thank you Jim, i'm looking forward to next month.

ps - i wish i had more time to take more pictures but i needed
to get going with my smaller glider before the breeze picked up,
next time more pics........
