It is difficult to understand that it does not glide at all. And that the horizontal stabilizer does not affect flight level.

I imagine that the control of the fans over power the horizontal stab. Rotormast V-22 doesn't use horizontal stab controls at all as the cyclic control of the main rotors are so strong that it doesn't need the stab at all .

In fact I mean that higher flight level is only achieved by use of throttle. Lift of the wing is so weak it does not help much.

I'm learning how to fly this aircraft.

O.K. ya ,, I would think that if you are up to 45 -- 57 km/ hr that you should be some what wingborne and have some wing lifting going on . ,, but then again it all depends on your wing loading and power to weight ratio .

Yes. The wing stall easily because of high wing load and slow speed. And then again I need more throttle. Higher level - >more throttle.

I had some trouble with 8S but 10S is enough. Motors are made for 10S. I still have more throttle to give.

I want to feel everything. I learn by my own way...

For comparison here is another 120mm edf aircraft. Look at that landing speed. Stall speed is maybe 70 km/h for that aicraft (and also mine).
Then the landing speed should be 90 km/h.

My HSD F16 120mm EDF (3) (2 min 26 sec)

Yes ,, and hopefully your landings will look better than that guys !!

Then on the other hand if you do a vtol landing then you don't have to worry about the stall speed and making an airplane landing like that .
Of course I also know you like to learn things your self and I get that ,,, totally .

Good luck on the rest of your testing and have a lot of fun with that plane . !!!!!

In theory I can do ESTOL landing also (high alpha and tail contact). I have full time vectoring and roll thrusters. I have a lot to do with this aircraft...

My horizontal landigs look like this (see video). It is about same size edf aircraft (5kg).

HH gyro test. I installed aircraft HH gyro. When rate gyro only stop the movment this HH gyro return the movment not completely but half way back. It feels good or exelent. I think I am now goal. Aircraft respond well to commands all time and with all settings. As you guys already knew it is time to enjoy aviation.

On the video routine test with both transitions and... not short landing but I think it is shortest landing (0 m). Aircraft is very stable all time despite wind. And one roll just before touchdown is my thump, not wind or something else.

MrJan´s F-35B STOVL EDF test flight HH gyro (0 min 43 sec)
