If it flies, I can crash it.

The Waco weighs in at almost exactly 1.5Kg. The upper wing is about 50" and the lower wing is about 44".

I rigged my PT-17e, and then I designed and 3D printed a better looking motor. The cylinder heads of my 3D printed motor are hollow, sized to allow the insertion of 3/8" steel nuts, which is what I used for ballast, as well as the Higley nut. Figured to get as much weight as far forward as possible to minimize what I had to add.

Here you go:

If he has the time, Greg will build it for you to any degree of completion you like. But shipping a complete airplane is pricey so unless you can handle the coin, maybe compromise and have him do everything he can, that still allows it to be put in a small box and you finish up.

Personally, I'd love to have that TH bipe...but I don't want to build it either.

Just to let folks know, I decided to go with the Twisted Hobbies Fokker Dr1. I read the build instructions and thread, and it's really no big deal for a 50+ year builder like me. I've made several profile foamies before. Just couldn't find anything that flies like this for a "geezer" like me. I'll minimize the throws for basic aerobatics and controllability. Kit + Components = $150 (TH 8% labor day sale on kit, components from 2 other sources).

Thanks to everyone who contributed to this thread! I may post a video in the near future (but there are already a plethora of them on YT).
