Being mainly a fixed wing flyer,, that is great news! Thank you!

Half the weight of an air unit, plus it works with the DJI FPV goggles. Same specs.

Very interesting news in here! Took me some time to catch up
Sorry, my tests here were not 100% conclusive - and I didnt get it right with the antennamounting. Now I really wish I'd tested patches on the upper ports or, as Daemon suggested on the side ports (top+bottom).
Next flights I will try linear antennas as well (as coppertop suggested in his vid).
Also will have patches on top - maybe patches all over the goggles place.
But on the other hand, Bardwell also came to this conclusion: while the ORT dualShield may not be perfect it's great since it can stay on the goggles

Here's my testvid, love how the excel chart visualizes the link quality.
Again - if someone wants to do this - easy: take my little script (which just converts SRT to CSV) and throw it into an excel.
DJI FPV Antenna tests - almost scientific! (17 min 15 sec)

greets, Mario

Since the caddx unit has only one antenna, maybe there's a chance to remove one on the air unit when using own transmitter?? I really don't like having 2 antennas.

From the same DJI FPV Owners FB Group in the same thread. Si Hong Xu from iFlight posted it.
