2. According to the size of the board, cut the board and clean the surface of the copper foil.

3. Use carbon paper to copy the image onto the plate. This step can be omitted if the production line is simple and the manufacturer has some experience in manufacturing the board.

4. Paste the standard pre-cut symbols (pads) of different inner and outer diameters according to the actual condition of the parts; then, according to the current, paste the tape lines of different widths. For standard pre-cut symbols and tapes, you can use the electronics store. The general specifications of the pre-cut symbols are D373 (0D-2.79, ID-0.79), D266 (0D-2.00, ID-0.80), D237 (OD-3.50, ID-1.50), and the like. It is best to buy paper - the base material. The quality of the printed circuit board is very close to the quality of a conventional printed circuit board. First polish the copper plate with fine sandpaper and then use a duck-billed pen (or an ink duck pen for drawing graphics on the compass) in the plotter. The duckbill pen has a nut to adjust the thickness of the stroke, and the stroke thickness is adjustable, and a fine line can be drawn with a ruler and a triangular ruler. The drawn lines are smooth and uniform, without edge serrations, giving a smooth and smooth flow. At the same time, you can also write Chinese characters, English, pinyin or symbols in the free space of the board.

If the drawn line is soaked, the concentration is too small, you can add a little paint; if you can't open the pen, it's too thick, you need to drop a few drops of absolute alcohol. If it is wrong, it doesn't matter. Just use a small stick (matchstick), make a small cotton swab, gently wipe with a little alcohol, and then redraw it. After the board is drawn, it may corrode in the ferric chloride solution. After the board is corroded, painting is very convenient. Rub the alcohol with a cotton ball and wipe off the protective paint. After drying, you can use pine perfume.

Due to the rapid evaporation of the alcohol, the prepared protective coating should be sealed in a small bottle (such as an ink bottle). Don't forget to cover the bottle after use. If it is used next time, the concentration will become thicker, just add the right amount. Anhydrous alcohol can be used.

The tape is applied to the copper foil of the copper plate, and then the circuit is drawn on the plywood, then the plywood is engraved with a knife to form the desired circuit, and the non-circuit portion is removed, and finally the corrosion or current is treated with ferric chloride. The corrosion temperature can be carried out at about 55 C and the corrosion rate is faster. Rinse the cleaned circuit board with clean water, remove sticky notes from the circuit, punch holes, and wipe the rosin alcohol solution for use.

2. Find a fax machine, take out the fax paper in the machine, and replace it with a hot melt film (provided by the company). 3. Use a double-sided tape to flatten the plastic film on the copper plate. Pay attention to the flatness, not wrinkle, the tape paper can not cover the melted part, otherwise it will affect the production effect of the circuit board.

4. Apply the paint evenly to the plastic film with a paint brush. Note: You can't often brush, you can only brush in one direction, otherwise the plastic film will wrinkle and the lines on the copper plate will overlap. After the circuit diagram is completely brushed, carefully remove the plastic film. The printed circuit board is printed at this time. After drying, it may be corroded.

If you want to print multiple pieces, you can make a wooden frame that is slightly larger than the board, and lay the wire mesh (the company has wire mesh) flat on the wooden frame and fix it. Then use double-sided tape to paste the film to the bottom of the screen. Place the CCL on the table, close the wire mesh frame (print image and copper clad plate should be aligned left and right), brush in one direction with a paint brush, and then remove the frame. The printed circuit board is printed. If it is defective, it can be modified with paint and bamboo.

The above process must be noted that when painting, the hand should be light and heavy, the paint film is too thick and too thick, the lines will run lace, and the too bright lines will break. The plastic film must face up.
