Today I completed a little bit more of all 4 wing panels. They are not finished because I have a little bit more to do, then sanding. Now at least I can start on the fuse Thursday at our build night.

More work completed at build night. Added doublers ti the fuse along with triangle balsa to the top of the fuse. Before fuse goes together I will strengthen places that take a beating on hard landings. Easy to strenghten now rather then later after a break.

This builds pretty quick for wood and it's a great solid flyer. When all the PSS are down because the lift it you'll be flying still on 3-4 mph no problem plus thermal hunting is fun too when you bungee the plane in a open field. You doing great!

Well it had to happen. Went to instal the formers but they seem to be wrong according to the plans.

Any opinions ?

I screwed up, either I lost them or they are trashed, so I have two options. I can call Sig on Monday and they will send out a set of 3 ( formers 1, 2 and 3 or I think I have some 1/8 in lite ply to cut new ones. I will take the 3 that I have and trace the out, then add 1/4 inch all the way around so they match the plans. Right now I have a major head cold and I am working at the golf course because they could not get someone to cover. So I will probably work on the fuse Tuesday.

ah ha ! I see what happened. You kept the punch outs, and the actual formers got lost. Yea, cut some new ones. Easier.
