So how do you set up a Delta Wing on this radio?
Not very obvious if you ask me but here we go:

Create a new model or change an existing model.
Go to Model Types in the base menu
Click on wing type
In left bottom you will see something that is supposed to represent a delta wing. See picture.

When you click on that you get the delta wing options.
Select your setup.
Make sure “ no tail” is set for tail type

If you have problems with radio lockup or just want a faster startup you want to look into upgrading the card in your radio to something somewhat faster.
Here is a quick video showing how to do it in a MZ-32

Setting up a new model on your MZ-16 or MZ-32?
See my document with some things you may have not tried to do yet and feel free to comment so I can expand it;

Thank you for taking time in doing this yufasa! Greatly appreciated!

Great stuff!

Please add the importance of having all receiver firmware updated and current especially when setting up a model with multiple receivers.

Version differences can lead to surprise....

Understanding log files

Is there a document or "place" explaining the various data received via telemetry for RX ?

There are columns for Receiver named "RF RXSQ" - "Quality" - "Strength" - "LossPack". What are this datatypes representing - and what are good and bad values? What are the signs to look out for?

If I get the warning «Telemetry link inactive» during flight from my MZ-16 - is it correct that I still should have a good RC signal range because the telemetry signal from RX is transmitted with less power than the signal from the RC-transmitter?

LossPack is your number one data point to look for before diving into other areas.

When you start your radio most of the time your losspack is between 10-20ms.

2000ms indicates a total loss of radio signal.

Depending on flight conditions and RX antenna layout you can expect a losspack of anywhere between 20 to 200ms which is just fine. You can try to reduce that number by experimenting with antenna layouts and position.

Is that 20-200 ms packloss figure based on some time frame? Like a 10 minute flight.

I am also interested to know if there is any documentation that exists regarding interpretation of data logs.

Time is not relevant in this case as packet loss will constantly change. You can start with 10ms, peak at 100ms and end the flight with 30ms.

You can find additional information in some of our manuals. The mz-24 PRO manual has more information on page 101.

https://s3.amazonaws.com/graupner.ma...1.2+Manual.pdf

There is quite a large set of data being recorded which we use exclusively for support purposes only.
