good heli sites with instructions and tips on flying and getting started?

What are some really good r/c helicopter sites that give you step by step process on learning to fly and manoeuvre, and have good tips on flying and do's and don't do's and stuff like that? I'm getting a hornet helicopter, so it has to kinda be oriented towards that helicopter if possible, but any heli site will work, because I assume they all fly the same. Don't leave out the best ones just because their not talking about the hornet. Any site will do. It doesn't have to be talking about the hornet. I just want a good site on flying any general helicopter.
