I'm looking for club-build projects - looking for something different. This looks like just the ticket. Did you build from blown-up 3-views?
I usually use DT foam and KF or "flatty" "airfoils".

I have various full fuselage / wing plans but of course they need formers / ribs and a lot of work. I was looking for something that I could knock up in a day or so.

Yes - I took a 3 view and just measured and scaled to what I needed. (3 view attached below). Certain liberties were taken to give me a model that was light but strong enough. I did not 'blow up' the plan for printing ... I just marked out the measurements and then free hand cut ...

The fuselage was initially just two 6mm sides laminated. But I found that wing would move up and down slightly - so decided to add horizontal side strakes. This stiffened considerably and also supported the wing better.

Its purely a single sheet 6mm wing without KFM ... I'm not a follower of their use ..... except where such as my RC Eagle - the sheer size of wing needs additional stiffening ..

Hope this helps.
