Flight mode buttons backlit mod

For those who do not like the illumination of the neighboring buttons of flight modes, I propose a simple refinement.
The light enters the button through separate light receivers located above the buttons. Initially the ends of the light receivers are dull and scatter a large amount of light.

Light receivers are located at a distance of 2mm above the LEDs, and this gives illumination to adjacent buttons.

I polished the ends of the light receivers (carefully, do not melt the plastic) and put on them pieces of a heat shrinkable tube with a diameter of 3mm and a length of 3mm.

RF power increase

Let's see how you can increase the output power of the RF module. For this we need a RF amplifier and voltage regulator.

Description:
I cut off all the excess from the amplifier and set the regulator to 5V.

As a result, we have almost doubled the output power - from 80 mW to 150 mW.

Your signal must be extremely dirty at the output since you're exceeding the amp's max output (that is the same as the radio's own rated output in the first place, so no improvement) and there is no filtering.
Range might actually be lower that way (plus polluting the spectrum).
