It might be a Sig Customaire. Does it look like there was a lower wing glued on at one point? Maybe you can buy the plan from Sig. They carry plans for some of their models, though I think you might have to call them for this one.

Did you find it in a tree or something?

BTW, there was a plan for a biplane version of the Cabinaire, called CaBInair. Note the spelling and the extra capital letters It appeared in Model Aviation, February, 1989.

I think it is a Customaire, there would be a broken wing strut if it was a mono plane.

Whoever built and covered it did a very nice job. Pity to see it broken up like that.

I've got a very old Canbinaire that is still flyable. They are a really good flyable design. Not easy to build but VERY flyable. Heck, the whole series of these shares that trait I'm sure.
