FW 190 DORA

I am in the final stages of painting my butcher bird and have been happy with the results. I would have liked the nose to be from the canopy forward to have a little more foam 1/2" to 1" to give a more scale look but I understan Ken's desire to keep the performance even among the other models. I ended up adding extra foam and sanding it down.

Overall these are high quality kits and I will purchase the ME-109. I am looking forward to any new Luftwaffe releases...ME262,..TA152....Do24.

TRP what size prop are you using and what is flight length?

Oldpilot, what about you and your 16/15/6? Performance good and what size prop.

Buddly6, are you selling them?

Thanks,
Fred

Too bad you didn't get them.

These are fun to build and amazingly easy to fly, especially for a low wing model. They would make great low wing aileron trainers.

This is my P51D (It was a P51B but I changed it by adding more styrofoam). I have flown it with a brushless geared 020 and with direct drive speed 400.

Yikes. I didn't even know about this thread. I like the underdogs in any situation and vote for the P-40 Warhawk.
