Hello,
I am scratch building a Miss America O/T. What thickness of plastic should I use for the curved windshield? I can go .015 or .010 thickness. Thanks for your help. Wayne.

A man with too many toys
I use SIG .015 plastic for most small/medium size airplanes.

The cabin windows can also be done with .012-.015 PTG.and formed for lip installation using a simple gravity forming technique. If interested, I can point you to a construction article detailing how.
