OK here is what I am thinking I want to do Associated TC4 Team Touring Car, Carbon Upgrade, Novak Super Sport Brushless. Has anyone tried this combo and has info as to top speed , Torque , etc.??? Any info appreciated.

Did the E-Maxxes just get to slow for ya? lol.

from what I've heard the NSS is compared to a 17T motor, so gear it accordingly to play with your top speed and tourque curve

oops sorry make that an 11T motor. (just checked)

The first ones to come out 2 years ago were close to an 17T

I heard from Chris at Fine Design RC that a Lehner or Nemesis with Warrior 9918 Speed Control with about 27 gearing would give me 51-56 MPH with 9-14 minutes run time for about $100 more so if I build one that's probably the way I'll go. Just ordered a Tamiya TXT-1 in the meantime and using the E-Maxx speed control and a couple Trinity Maxx 19T motors should be a rock crawling beast!

We have sold several tc4's and my guys generally run a chamelon 19 turn pro dynod motor,and there pullin around 35+ thats a 19 turn class tho,if you want top speed junkie stuff theres ALOT more optionz.,..,However you better boil all your plastic partz first as they are quit brittle and are prone to snapping before the ol' boil technique...hope that helps:^)
