Not boats, but oh well .......

Unfortunately they never did take this brand new Vette out, but some Very old cars did run in the pre-1940 sports racing, touring and race cars, and 1927-1951 Racing Cars...

Thanks very much Ed, needed another fishing boat.

You had a '61 split window Vette, yes ?

There were a few like yours at the vintage races, they can be seen and Well heard in this video ( as well as Cobra's ):

Hello Robert, thanks for your support ~

The bulwark supports ( upper frames ) are in, now to line the upper / inner surface with diamond plate.

In contact with Luis at Shapeways to make up some of the colored plastic totes that lobsters go in after they are removed from the traps.

Hi Tim,

Yes I had a 1963 Split Window Vette for 19 years. However I sold it to a guy in Salt Lake Utah when I retired. I sure like the new 2020 Vette. Where else could you buy a mid engine sports car for $60 grand.

You are right, 60K is a Bargain ! just have to find a place to use it though ...

Speaking of Cobras, here are a few ~

Some valued between 500K to $1.5M + and they still get raced ~

An Ultra rare '52 Jag C type, #21 is the car I went to see, it is pure art on wheels.

Ferrari, Aston martin, Lambo all in attendance.

Thanks Robert ~

99% of the diamond plate bulwark capping is done including the inner surfaces that cover the upper wall supports.

Creel gate is shaping up, it is also covered with diamond plate.

What's missing is the opening in the stern where the traps get launched, that will not be created on this model, don't want following seas sending her to the locker......
