There was a similar question just before the system crashed. You may not be able to find it, so:
I build and flew the Ikon NorthWest kit (that has been discontinued) about 10+ years ago - Super Flyer! Very Light, but definitely strong enough (I stress-tested the wing once to probably 15+ G's)
I can't find my old plans, but someone may...you may have to run an ad in the "Wanted" section of the model mags to find them.
Model was flown on an AstroFlight 25 geared and I don't remember how many cells.
