Brings back fond memories... 47" Velox was my first 3DHS plane. I've not bought anything smaller than a 60 is some time and don't think I have packs at the moment for it... but I may "need" one of these

You can get good 4s 3300 packs at a reasonable price, and you don't need 70C. As soon as I burn my 70C packs up I am switching to 55C (considerably less expensive) and not give up enough power to worry about. 55C packs also have a fast enough charge rate that you will only need one or two.

Second - only 10 Veloxes ever made??? I saw 10% of them at sun n fun a few years back??? That blows my mind!
