Free as a bird now.
Sure hope those roads are ok! I also hope there will be some guys flying Fermin on Thurs. I'd love to fly there, but I don't want to deal with coastal traffic if it's a no go.
I picked up a Timmig built Ta-152 PSS'r here in the tri cities! I've got that and my Edge now, so hopefully I'm all set. I'm good for at least two flights!!!
Can't wait to see all you PSS heads in a few days.

Weather has been mostly cold and wet here in the Tri Cities for the six pack. Today is going to be cold wet and windy, so that's more better.

I may or may not make it tomorrow. I messed up my knee really bad with a snake encounter today at the slope. See post here ...

I really really really want to go so I’m going to try to make it and just take painkillers.

I’ll let you know for sure ( One way or the other ) tomorrow.

Road report. Itís pretty rough on the power pole road and you will for sure need an SUV or truck with some ground clearance. The rest of the road is fine

Congratulations Brian!

Such a cute one! Second life , no joke.

Built a Thompson ME109 and a Zephyr!, thanks Brian! Soo cool planes.

The FF (Fermin Forecast) looks bleak for Thursday. so maybe it's Cajon Pass Thursday.... oh yeah the 109 is 76oz with a 47 oz. Ballast system.

Zephyr gets carbon spread tow wings .

See you guys there..

Glad you guys got out there for some recon today.
Nice 109 George! Rubio and I built a couple of these. Great flyers, mine rips at 60 something oz. You may never need the ballast.
