What makes you think it loosing sync? Does it make a screeching sound? If not it may well be something else like over current or under voltage.

Kv says veryvery little about motor max. current, max. power, rpm, motor inductance, size, mass, number of magnetpoles etc.etc.
What make/type motor, current measured at WOT? Does it desync at WOT, or only when blipping throttle (very high current)?

I flew smoothly and gradually added throttle.

The upper graph shows, that fly controller gave out full throttle on different motors, this happens just when motor is not work, when desync e.g.

You really have not addressed the question---why do you think it is loosing sync? Loosing sync will produce clearly audible sound.

Since I saw desync 1000 times and I know how they manifest. What sound do you want to hear in a split second amid 4 motors?
This is a modern esc, it is start after desync immediately.
I just need to reduce timing and nothing else.

If it isnt a global issue I doubt its timing on auto timing which should come out the same for all 4 motors. . Id look specifically at the sub system associated with the particular motor losing sync. Cold solder joints etc

A video without other info does not provide proof that the controller lost sync with the motor. If there is a problem you should be able to reproduce it on the ground where you can gather more information.

In the graph it looks like it are all the motors that "desync" at the same time.
If it is the case than it are not the ESC's but the flightcontroller.
And like Steve says, you should be able to produce it on the ground if it is desync.
Try every motor and esc separatly on the ground, one by one.

Hello,

Not sure if this is the right thread for me. I have a problem with the 360kv motors that I use on my quadcopter. The axle in the middle. Part got pushed down a little, meaning the other end appears longer as compared to the other good motors.

See attached photos. One snows the issue I described. One shows a normal motor.

Can I still use these motors or I should replace them?

You have a lot going on. So did you have a bad solder connection? Are your batteries adequate? For heat sinks on the drone its probably better to have omni directional pin heat sinks.

Why does motor begin to work adequately after some time? This is not soldering, not overheating and nothing else, this is a limitation in the regulator.
And this damn thing is just unfortunate 8 cells, what will be with 12 on these escs I do not even want to imagine.

Do you know how many Amps you are pulling?
If it is under 120A than it should not reduce the current.
And why so much capacitors?
1 330 or 470 uF is enough for 1 ESC, but I see 330 35V and 470 50V on 1 ESC and maybe there are even more on it that i don't see.
Somewhere I also see a 1500 uF??
Just 1 capacitor and solder it as close to the ESC as possible, don't use all the extra wires i see.

Here, in principle, can't be more than 120A, since the battery cannot give out 480A without epic voltage drain.
I have already burned dozens of escs and believe me, capacitors are needed.
Now here extra: 13x100 ceramic, 470 instead 330, 1500, 2x1000.
I use wires because steel legs of the capacitors burn isolation during flight.
