I'm not going to use 3dlabs spinner when I built the 3dlab big spitfire the spinners kept exploding at high revs

I purchased his plans and modified the flat bottom to a more scale one.

I managed to make the fuse in blue foam but the wings beat me.

Wonderful!!

I'm still fighting with my printer.

Finally I solved the problem by changing the filament pusher for a metal upgrade.

Oh yeah!!

Fuselaje is coming out nicely now.

Annealing the cowling+motor mount

Every time I tried to anneal it it shrank too much
So I gave up

Mine only got a bit lighter in color, but really strong.

Are you using double layer shell?

Amazed with the detail.

The tail section, where the elevator pivots, seems too weak. I wonder if with some expanding foam is would become stiffer yet light.

Fuse is ready. I just realized the battery issue. I think I will modify it to be accesible.
