Here's a new autopilot system that is worth checking out. The Crosshair Autopilot from MFD features a color HD OSD, new flight control algorithms, faster hardware and a whole lot more. It comes with a GPS unit and a Pitot tube system for ground and airspeed readouts and will be able to able handle automated flight functions. Check out the full feature list below to see what all this unit is capable of. It's available for pre-order right now for $179 with shipments expected to start around mid February.

- Built-in color video signal generator
- New cascade PID control algorithm
- Comprehensive support to MAVLink protocol
- Augmented reality display that renders 3D wireframe objects in the OSD
- Compatible with both the new and old versions of MFD AAT
- Compatible with upcoming new HD transmitter of MFD
- More precise throttle control
- Optimized automatic take-off function
- Automatic landing function will be available soon
- Microprocessors that handle attitude resolution, flight control and video signal processing separately
- Dual gyroscopes and dual accelerometers
- Fixed altitude flight has been optimized with the new barometer
- Seven PWM inputs. The 7th PWM is compatible to both PPM and SBUS input
- 10 PWM outputs
- GPS and data transmission ports as well as two additional serial ports for external sensor connections
- Support CAN-BUS data interface
