The saturn forks are oil filled. But they are leaking. They fit on the HKM.

Im at 70/900..the bike soaks up the bumps well on our parking lot track, and also seem to have more wheelie control for powering hard out of the corners. Gonna try 1250 cst nxt for more reponse and steering.

Comical action from the awesome Cotswold MCC track in UK. Great skills riding so close to one another with the occasional bit of fairing bashing and collision. Very entertaining.

Since I leave 2 minutes from the beach, I am going to buy a Lost RC Surfer instead! Now, this thing is super cool especially when we get some nice waves.

Just received mine today. I put the stickers on the body while I waited for the battery to charge. Like mentioned in a previous post, I had to trim a little bit of the riders leg in order to clear the crash bars, but other than that the body fit was spot on. I put some batteries in the radio and ran the bike literally straight from the box.

This thing is amazing. Bike felt very planted and responsive. I thought that with the gyro, it might be somewhat sluggish when transitioning from side to side, but that wasn't the case. The brushless motor was smooth and fast, and it seemed to stop well even without a front brake.

Front forks seem a little bouncy, so that will probably be the first thing I tweak. Also, my crash bar seemed to get hung up on my rough street alot. I'm anxious to see how it runs on a smooth surface.

I've just got my HKM390 and was wondering where did you get the wheels and tyres from?

If you can't find them on Hobbyking, then Holeshot Hobbies should have them.

H king 1/8 hmm 390

Hi guys,

I just purchased the Hobby King 1/8 hmm 390. Still waiting on delivery. Anyways, I was wondering where can I buy parts for this bike? I noticed Hobby King does not seem to sell any spare parts for the bike. All the parts for the bike seem to have been discontinued. I also noticed some of you here on the forum, seem to have ordered an upgraded shock damper for the bike, from Asiatees.com? But those parts seem to be made for a different bike, the X-rider. Will parts for that bike fit the 1/8 hmm 390? I want to order spare tires, shock damper, and a few other parts for it. But I want to make sure if I buy the parts, that they will fit this bike.

Any help, will be appreciated.

Thanks.
