Bush League Modz ( Servo Battery Splitter )

battery servo splitter (1 min 4 sec)

Battery servo splitter Part2 (1 min 1 sec)

A) Im sure this has been done already ?
B) What to do when you have a 4ch Rx , and 4 servos ?
Why not use a battery / servo splitter ? I have wanted to test this for a long time .
And this morning I had the soldering iron out , so one thing lead to another .

Servo / battery splitter ..

You need two servo extensions .
One end will be Male and the other end will be twin female .
This way you can plug your splitter into the Rx and on the other end plug in your servo and battery .

Cut and strip the ends to get the length you want .
Remove the signal wire from one female plug . ( For the battery )
Right now let me say , you could splice in any battery plug you want ..
Just make sure + goes to + and negative goes to negative when joining the two female plugs .
Next you want to join the male plug , and again its + to + and - to - , as well joining the signal wire for the plug that will take a servo .

Thats it !
Its bush league !
Now you can plug in 4 servos into your 4ch Rx

Thanks for that straight forward, explicit 'How-To'; Great way to get the most bang for yer buck!

I tend to get anxious working with electronic arrangements that "..colour-outside-the-lines..", even if they are simple.

Technically , this should be well inside the lines ..

As you can feed power to the Rx from any Ch ..

In my case I stuck with Ch3 ( Throttle ) and simply changed Throttle to Aileron in the transmitter for the 2nd Ail servo ..

I have wanted to do this for a good 12 months , just took this long for things to come together ...
DLG with 4 servos , 4 ch Rx , soldering station out ...

I could have just used a 6 or 7 ch Rx , but where is the fun in that ?
