The new low has been set! I bet the price will be $79 .
Interesting to see if this CMOS camera is good or bad. Props definitely needs to be changed. Motors are big, but the KV is moderate.
The bottomline is the price. Everybody, who is looking for the cheap should be satisfied

Both of them are good starter multis, but I prefer smaller ones as the Tyro79 to start with. Damages are less when u crash...

For starter pilots smaller, both in price and size, is better.

This is exactly what I am looking, low budget FPV drone, I have experience with big bird tarot 810 for aerial view, but no with racing drone, and I want to buy one for hobby and race, is this any good, what would you recommend, I want quality, with not too much price. Also somebody recommend good simulation for racing drone free and buy option?

Tyro79 looks really good on paper. Miniquad world has been popular, so this will be a nice option for people.

I built the Tyro99, so if I get the chance to test a Tyro79 kit, I can tell you which one I'd prefer.

Beginners should be aware , the 99 motors have enamelled wire with tinned ends . If you shorten the motor wires you will have problems soldering them .

Eachine offers its products in various segments, now in 140mm size. I like quadcopters in this size, last summer I fly Kingkong FPV Egg 136 . Compared to the larger models, he gave me more emotions. This model is more accessible, resistant to damage and suitable for beginners on 2s battery. Who needs more power then 3s batteries.

By the time I got it, there was already a large thread running, created by Scousethief. https://www.rcgroups.com/forums/show...-Owners-Thread

Since Scousethief did a really good job on this, and added info, and many pictures after he received the quad, I didn't see any purpose in making a second review thread, I added my remarks and flight video to that thread instead.

Had there been a review thread with just a single video, and no other info, I would have started a new thread, and try provide as many info as possible, but in this case, I would just be repeated what someone else already posted.
