What 2-blade prop size, and would it mount right up?

7x5? Think that's what's on my 800mm FMS P-47...(3S)

It’s the Top RC Model/Weekender/Amewi P-51 under the HK brand, wich means it’s quite a bit cheaper now
I think I’ll get one as replacement of my crashed one.

Any idea how it compares to the FMS 800mm planes - and P-51 I guess, specifically?

This looks like quite an upgrade from our Harbor Freight P-51.

Is the tailwheel steerable?

I don't own both FMS and HK/Top RC Hobby P-51, only the latter. It behaves very well, has plenty of power (I fly all my 800mm on 3S, 1000mAh, stock ESC/motor) and the four-bladed prop pulls nicely. Compared to my FMS 800mm (109, 190, A-1) it has a less pronounced torque roll on hand-lauch what makes it easier to get airborne. This applies the my Top RC Hobby A-1 as well. A pitty I drove the P-51 into the ground after a far too low loop... so I'll get the HK one soon. I modded the cockpit a bit, see here: https://www.rcgroups.com/forums/show...postcount=4444
