Looks like this model can be had for $71.40 (using 10% code) with free shipping. May have to pull the trigger on this one to see how she flys!

Yep, very similar to many other Mustang models at this price (Airfield, HiTec,etc.)

I’m interested, anyone get one yet? Who is the actual manufacturer? I bought the Airfield 800mm P-51 years ago. It flew ok, but the electronics were garbage. I flew without the fixed gear, so it also required butchering the spinner to fit a 2blade prop as the rigid plastic 4 blade can’t survive belly landings. I assume this will be similar

It's pretty, but it's too small. If it was 1100mm or 1200mm with retracts I would've been all over it.

When I first saw the banner ad I thought it was a replacement for the Durafly 1100mm P-51. But at this size with fixed gear, I'm just not interested.

This appears to be the exact same model as the TopRC series, and the Hitec Weekender. Not much of a "release" considering all HK did here is take an existing product and slap H-King on it.
Not a new concept of course.

Cubcrazy is correct. This is the TopRC P-51. I absolutely loved mine (I had the Double Trouble Two version) and someday I'll get another. Note that BangGood also sells this model.

Flite Test has a good vid on this model:

I agree Bang good are doing this and the other Top rc aircraft I'm thinking about the F4U Corsair by them, wonder if Hobbyking will do that as well and say the same thing. The only thing about this one is its cheaper than Bang good.

This little P-51 flies and looks so well! I’m waiting for HK to release the Double Trouble 2 as well. I’ve crashed my Moonbeam last summer and couldn’t find a replacement at a decent price. Thanks to HK to bring it out!

I'm editing this post and my negative comments. Even though this looks to be from the same molds as the old Weekender series P-51 the foam of this Mustang is considerably lighter. I saw and held it at the AMA Expo today and it is very light. This has to have transformed this plane.
