That's a very low AUW for a standoff scale jet of that size. I'm inclined to believe that's w/o battery.

Just got one. It weighs 267 grams out of the box without landing gear or servo pushrods attached. That's the ARF version without receiver -only has fans and motors and 4 servos installed.
I plan to remove the two aileron servos and use tailerons only and to upgrade the fans from 6-blade to 8-blade.
Future project -gathering parts now. Have two other jets to finish first.

By the way, the scale is great. The tailerons are not too big - they're the right size. That photo angle makes them look bigger than they are. There is a weird extra couple inches at the nose in front of the canopy that needs to be removed before attaching the nosecone and then it'll be perfect.

Doesn't look near as appealing from the underside pix..
Quite Poor actually.
Good luck with this one.

It actually looks great in person, except for the stupid extra two inches at the nose, which I'll fix. I wondered why they did that but they just made the part the nose cone slides into too wide. If you sand it down a bit the cone will fit on further back and the nose will look scale. Can't believe they stuck it on so far forward and actually photographed it that way. They also took photos from odd angles and distances and made the tail feathers look almost as big as the wings in some shots. It'll be a nice scale MiG once I'm done with it. I'm also going full taileron, 8-blade fans and 4s power.

The only picture that's close to reality is the middle one above. Just picture that with the shorter nose and that's what it looks like.
(Notice how different the tailfeathers look in the top and bottom shots above and you'll see what I mean by the distorted quality of their photos. )
