Gday first post from me. Thought I'd share my current offroad rc build with you lot from the day I got it to the current progress, cheers! Any ideas or critisism is welcome but be gentle as its a work in progress! Some of the pics may be out of order also but only due to uploading it all from my phone.

Bought some fans to complete the baja look (and hopefully functionality) while I wait for my parts to arrive

Nice build, would look better on a 1/8 frame tho!, the arms and shafts are pretty weak on the fox, how does it handle the extra weight?

Yea i decided to make a water cooled rc just for something different and possibly eliminate the overheating issue with my motor lol. Havnt weighed it yet but its probably around approx 10 kg filled with water. I agree it should be 1/8 scale but i originally only wanted to make the frame stronger as the plastic ones kept breaking. Ive got a couple of videos of it on 2s but I'm unsure on how to upload it so if anyone could shed some light on how to do that i could get them up!

10kg! lol no wonder you're overheating, the added watercooling is prob heating it up than without lol

You're probably right lol. I've dropped the pinion gear down to 13t but I think I may have to get a bigger motor and esc one more suited for 1/8 cars.
