It seems I was very very novice and stupid...... it turned out that the problem was with Powering on the Drone. I was not using corretly the Press Short then Press Long technique.

Now the Leds are already blinking at least . Will update tomorrow...

I constantly have that problem !

Hi there. Iam a brand new owner of the Fimi A3. Production date is 06/2019, so far no fog issue. I hope it will not come anytime. But can anybody tell me if this charger really is faster and charges better than the original (I mean more flight time)

I've made leg extensions. I'm still doing some testing, but so far they stay put in the air and are durable for landings. I started with 10cm tall legs to have room to carry a payload for the DIY port. I also just made some smaller 4.5cm legs for grass landings. I'll post 3D print files to thingiverse once I've taken care of a few design issues. Any thoughts on preferred heights or suggestions while I finalize the design?

Left my A3 plugged in the PC to transfer some videos. Seemed really hot. The battery swells a tad when it's hot but it goes back to normal when it cools. I checked the external battery temp when it was hot and it was 124 degrees. Is that normal. Is a little swelling when it's hot normal?

Why don't you just take out the card, put it in a card-reader and transfer the files like that? Imo that's much easier, and probably faster too.

Tried that but for some reason the Windows 10 PC said the card was not formated. It only recognized it when it was in the A3 and connected to the PC.

Try and do first a full format (not a 'quick' one) on your computer and after that format in the craft. Maybe that'll help

I use the HTRC B6 charger from Banggood. See post https://www.rcgroups.com/forums/show...&postcount=483

It comes with an EU plug or you can order it without the power adapter and order it separately with whatever plug you need. You would need a 15V 6A power adapter for it. It charges the batteries in about 1 hour.

Requires this harness: https://www.readymaderc.com/products...connector-only

Not sure if this one from ebay would work: https://www.ebay.com/itm/3S-JST-XH-C...ss!71360!US!-1

Or you could order it directly from www.progressiverc.com

Charging with the current of 2 A using only balancer port is not good.
This is to big current for balancer socket.

I made proper charging cables using this plugs: https://pl.aliexpress.com/item/33014...1a315c0fuhUpgw
Of course with balancer plug connected.
I use ToolkitRC M8 charger.

That is supposed to be an Fimi-okay'ed replacement of the original charger, and should be able to charge the A3 batteries to full/LiHV capacity. I have no experience with it though, only with a similar charger, the HTRC H4 AC which does the job, but gets very hot in the process so I never leave it charging unattended. Did however add some plugs to the A3 battery wire-harnesss to be able to use a hobby-charger and use that now instead; this offers way more control and can also be used to discharge the batteries to storage level.

Any analog 5.8gHz goggle (like the one you showed) is useable with the Fimi A3
