I wonder which DJI drone was used to provide the footage?

I contacted Hubsan and they said the Zino would first be available in the states sometime in November on Amazon. Other vendors should have it at the same time, or shortly after Amazon starts selling.

It was also now listed on GB so it's good that there will be a price competition. May the best deal win.
PS: on BG you can preorder it already

Every time I check the price increases.

Started at $319.00 from Hubsan and now $565.00 at GEARBEST. $399.99 to $450.00 most other places.

Hope this quad performs well enough to justify the price.

I would have to see a boatload of great reviews from multiple locations before I would fork out $500 to Hubsan and I don't mean Sponsored reviews either. It took a while for Hubsan to get the 501S right.

Its overpriced! I would not recommend to order one of the first batches.
Xiaomi needed some time to solve some issues, changes in parts of the hardware included.
Further the spare parts situation should be considered. For example Xiaomi doesnt sell spares for the cam/gimbal. If you crash and you need a new gimbal you have to pay $300. Battery is overpriced, about $80 for the Mi drone.

I think the Zino is a interesting drone, but I will wait two or at least one year after release before buying one.

I have learned my lesson with the Mi drone. I dont fly it often, and dont want to pay $80 for a batt that can be used for one model only.

You should get a DJI, "just" 150 euro for a "smart" battery

I know, but this isnt a reason for Xiaomi to make it $80!

Another interesting quad! Fimi is the Manufacturer of the Mi drone. Maybe this is the same Fimi?

Not sure about the Hubsan reputation vs. DJI. The Zino doesn't look to me like a real choice. I think I'd take the Phantom over the Zino given the small price differences.

donīt think anyone would consider comparing a Phantom with a Zino, just because of size... Yes, the Phantom is better, but the size of it is just stupid.

For the size and the idea of a portable drone you should compare it with a Spark or a Mavic Air
