So no Dolly zoom on the Pro, only the zoom?

Guess that makes sense because the feature requires zoom.

The mavic 2 pro is very interesting. Just deciding whether a p4p at the same price is a better option. Love the new camera but i wonder if the mavic will handle wind as well as the p4p.

I believe that's correct. But the camera replacement program they mentioned is interesting...although it doesn't sound like you'll just be able to switch them out yourself.

I read in the FAQ that the Mavic "Classic" tx will be supported soon! Blade, do you know if the Mavic2 supports or will support dual TX like Mavic1?

Not even digital zoom? That seems odd?

I think for most people the zoom is a better choice than the Pro.

Who will be keeping the original MP as well as getting the MP2?

I will, just cannot bring myself to sell my trusted "Mavic 1".. It's been to 14 different countries, flown in snow/rain/wind/blistering sun and lever let me down once.

Because I assumed it would break I trebled up. "Mavic 2" has only flown a handful times after updates and what would have been "Mavic 3" remains in it's fly more combo box unopened.

Hoping that The Mavic 2 pro is as reliable.

Yes, 1st gen goggles on 2.4Ghz, 2nd gen goggles support 2.4 and 5.8ghz

Seeing as my girl is giving me major grief over another drone on the dining room table, I'm looking at their trade-up option. The one to go is most obviously the mavic air....but curiously, it's been left off the list of tradeable products.
