True - this is the capacity / temperature diagram of a typical lithium polymer cell.

It is about 10% more usable capacity for a 35 C (95F) heated battery vs one at 15 C (59F) as rule of thumb.

So two effects from higher temperature 0,1-0,2volt/cell higher voltage (@40) plus more usable capacity.
Both resulting in more available energy.
Plus more cycles.

I think you guys have it backwards, Marfcom is in Antarctica and he getting three times the flight time than all the rest of us.
