I think it is a Kelf Kraft. How old is it? Is it worth purchasing?

It depends on what shape they are in. These bikes show up on e-bay from time to time, in various conditions. I got one maybe 2 years ago, NIB, in excellent condition with just some age discoloration, unpainted fairing, no electrics, for around $70.

I don't know how much of an investment these would be, unless you can get them dirt cheap.

You should get them for your after school radio control club then? That would be a cool, yet cost effective, race.
