Adapting 12mm mounting to 16mm

I'm trying to builda light spec 5 incher. I purchased an Amax Inno Nano 5 frame and am trying to mount the Hyperlite 2204s to these arms. The bolt pattern on the motors are 16mm x 16mm and the arms are 12mm x 12 mm. Any ideas how I can make this work? The arms are cut in such a way that I can turn the mounts 45 degrees and possibly strattle the arm with some sort of plate below it. Any thoughts?

What about using something like brotherhobby R4 1806? Legend has it, there is a 2500kv version, but I can only ever find the 2850. It is M3 on 12mm pattern, you just may need to drill out the M2 holes to M3 if the frame has M2 motor holes.

I don't know why I had it stuck in my head that 1806 wouldn't be enough power for this build but really, this motor looks to be the same thrust numbers and weight. Unfortunately I already ordered the other motors and received them. I guess it's not the end of the world.

Thanks for the link on the motors. I'll likely order these.

Those 2204 are nice motors too, you should have no trouble selling them on the classifieds here.
