Dumas Creole Queen

Hey gang I'm on my 6th Dumas boat now. Quite a ways into the Creole Queen and she's coming along very nicely. But I'm real concerned about her final weight. According to the guys at Dumas their original model came in at 11 pounds. But I've read where people have had to add more volume to the bottom of the hull to displace a greater amount of water to make up for the extra weight of this model.

Here's my question for those who have completed this model what is your final loadout weight with batteries and ballast?
